Refunds & Returns Policy

Coffee and Perishable Items

Because coffee is a perishable product, it cannot be returned. if there is an error in your order or it's damaged, please reach out to louis@dobermancoffeeco.com within one day of receiving the delivery and we will do everything possible to make it right. 

Merchandise, Non-Perishable & Sale Items
All merchandise and sales purchases are final and therefore non-refundable. 

Damages 
Please inspect your order once received and email us immediately if the item is damaged in anyway or if you receive an item incorrectly. We will then do everything possible to make it right.

Refunds
We will contact you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will receive your refund via the payment method you used to make the purchase. We will process the refund as soon as possible, but it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
